It Was Embarrassing
Britney & Kevin: Chaotic was uncomfortably explicit. The two went into great detail about what they did in their bedroom. They even kissed in front of the camera…up close and personal. Yuck! Her fans couldn’t take their eyes off her, but TV critics had a different experience. Critics used terms like “career suicide,” “horrifying train wreck,” and “an insult to common sense and decency.” to describe the show. The couple kept quiet about the show’s reception, most likely out of embarrassment, but Britney did make a comment about it in 2013, calling it “the worst thing I’ve ever done in my career.”
