A Hilarious Statement
Britney was on the verge of landing the role of Daisy Duke in the completely unnecessary 2005 film adaptation remake of the legendary 1980s TV show The Dukes of Hazzard, just as her life was falling apart. Another southern belle, Jessica Simpson, was cast in the role. While Jessica Simpson’s famous stupid question “Is tuna chicken or fish?” may be the most famous pop star brain fart, Britney Spears came dangerously close to outdoing Jessica with a similarly stupid statement. Early in her career, Britney was quoted as saying, “The cool thing about being famous is traveling. I have always wanted to travel across seas. Like, to Canada, and stuff.”

During some of the most agonizing moments of the reality show, Britney was clearly high, grinding her teeth and scratching her hurting jaw.
