She was responsible for a lot more than her family. The Britney Spears Foundation donated $1 million to the children of uniformed officers who were affected by 9/11 in the aftermath. Britney also bought her brother Bryan a $1.5 million New York City condo, which he nearly burned down. Britney also caused a fire on the property in 2002 when she accidentally knocked over a candle. She wasn’t the first person to start a twisted fire! She revealed that she accidentally knocked over two candles and set fire to her own gym in an Instagram Live video from 2020!

Later, Zoe Saldana defended Britney, saying that her co-performance star’s was “really good.” After 27 years of marriage, Britney’s parents announced their divorce the following year.
