Netflix has canceled “AJ and the Queen” after a single season. RuPaul starred in the series as Ruby Red, a down-on-her-luck drag queen who travels across America in a rundown RV with her sidekick AJ. RuPaul announced the cancellation of the show on Twitter, writing, “End of the road for ‘AJ and The Queen.’ Netflix has decided to not extend our trip across America. Thank you for all the love & support. We’re so very proud of the work.”
