The day after the concert, Chris Crocker, an American YouTuber, posted a video titled “Leave Britney Alone!” on YouTube. He defended Spears’ performance, saying he didn’t want her to follow Anna Nicole Smith’s path to death, which she did in February 2007. Near the end of the video, Chris becomes upset and begins to cry. Because the internet is a horrible hive of filth and villainy, his pleadings backfired, and the video went viral and was widely mocked.
