That is not much. Fortunately, he had the assistance of singer and songwriter Melissa Etheridge, who let him rest on her couch while he attempted to break into the acting industry. She even taught him how to fly fish (in her swimming pool) for his audition for “A River Runs Through It”. That is exactly what friends are for.

When he’s not flying around the world and reciting prepared lines to cameras, the actor is said to enjoy architecture. His passion for architecture is so strong that he renovated a wine cellar in one of his residences. The DIY project he completed piqued the interest of an L.A. architecture company (“Frank Ghery”), and he eventually secured an internship there. We’re not sure how he managed to squeeze an internship into his schedule, but we guess it’s all about prioritizing what you love.
