The photographer who captured this magnificent shot deserves to be compensated handsomely for his work! What exactly is happening here? This gymnast was doing her floor routine while holding a weighted gym ball. Shimmying the ball from the tip of one hand’s fingers down the arm, across the chest, and up the other arm is one of the motions. The photographer happened to get this image exactly as the ball was going from one arm to the other! Hmm…did he intend to take this photo, or did it just happen? If that’s the case, we’re delighted it did. Way to go, man (or woman, we don’t know who snapped this image and we don’t care!)

If you ask us, birds have things pretty good in life. They get to fly throughout the world and observe beautiful sites from above, as well as hang out on telephone wires and silently evaluate everyone below them. Birds can even flutter around in small bird baths that humans have set up for their entertainment. This bird went for a swim today and splashed his way INTO ANOTHER DIMENSION. Just kidding, but that’s a great shot!
