Durian has a poor reputation, and it is stated that you either love or hate it. This exotic fruit’s outside is prickly and unpleasant, while the inside is soft and mushy. However, it remains undesirable. A journey to Singapore would be incomplete if you did not try this exotic fruit. It has the strongest stink of any dish and is even forbidden from being displayed in some Singapore public locations. To recap, we’ve had enough of it and loathe it.

A library would not appear to be on a list of things to do when visiting a new country. However, Singapore’s libraries are outlandish in many ways, just like the city-state itself. There are a few ‘crazy’ libraries worth visiting by our standards, but one in particular stands out. Library@Orchard. This store features the most varied variety of contemporary art, design, health, and fitness things. It’s well worth seeing. Even if it’s only for Instagram stories.
