However, David quickly realized that the cars would eventually be destroyed and reduced to mere decoration because they were constantly hitting the barrels. Of course, this would’ve never happened if they didn’t choose to run over David’s property, but they didn’t care and still decided to run over his property. However, this didn’t go exactly as David had planned. Instead of the neighbors learning their lesson, one neighbor decided to file a lawsuit against David because of the damages that their vehicle had received.

Thankfully, David wasn’t in the wrong here as what he was doing was legal as the area is his property. Because of that, he had the freedom to do whatever he wants to on the said property.

After all of this had happened, David’s daughter decided to share the story on Reddit. The post was faced with a lot of positive comments, showing their satisfaction with the fact that the bad neighbors had finally learned their lesson not to trample someone’s property. A comment read: “I’m very amused by the logic some people go by, for example, If I intentionally hit your property and it damages my vehicle, it’s still your fault (the owner of the property) for trying to protect your property and not letting me just destroy your property… and you should compensate me for the damage caused by my stupidity.”
