Meet the Other Pitts
Fans frequently inquire about the families of celebrities they admire. Most people are probably unaware that Mr. Pitt has a brother and a sister. Julie, Brad’s sister, has a large family that includes biological and adopted children. His brother (Doug Pitt) bears a similarity to his famous brother (you don’t see that jawline every day). Doug Pitt has been in the spotlight on occasion, such as in a 2012 Virgin Mobile advertisement, although he is best known for his investment and philanthropic work.

Basketball Reject
Before becoming a mega-star, Brad Pitt aspired to play basketball. Middle school basketball, that is. That was several years before he grew to his current height of five feet and eleven inches. Unfortunately, Pitt did not make the cut. He tried out for the sport but was cut from the team. But, ever the optimist, he didn’t let that deter him. Pitt decided to start his own basketball team, the Cherokee Rejects, and even asked his father, Bill, to be the coach. Where there’s a will (and a bill), there’s a way!
