Brad Pitt is clearly a man with intriguing, even highbrow, hobbies — you don’t see ordinary people rebuilding their wine cellars as a passion project and then landing an architecture internship as a result. The actor decided to invest in another potentially profitable venture: a winery. After marrying Angelina Jolie in France, the two fell in love with the location. So much so that the pair purchased a property in the country and established a winery. Their winery first launched a rosé wine in 2012, followed by a less popular white wine. Unfortunately, after their divorce, the couple sold the property.

Brad Pitt started his own furniture brand as an unusual pastime. Would you purchase a chair designed by Brad Pitt? Probably. Lots of people would. To be honest, many people would pay money for a chewed-up piece of gum if it could be confirmed that he trod on it. Pitt collaborated with furniture designer Frank Pollaro to create a collection of premium furniture in 2012, a busy year for him in terms of entrepreneurial activities. His passion of architecture and design undoubtedly influenced the furniture collection.
