If you want to get fancier feel free to top it off with some fresh blueberries, added banana, orange slices, and chia seeds. Chia seeds can give your smoothie a little extra spunk and are loaded with protein and fiber.
If you’re looking to green up your lifestyle then this smoothie is the one for you. Don’t be too quick to judge it because it is actually quite delicious. All you’ll need is sliced mango, 1-2 bananas, and a handful of spinach. The key with this smoothie is to add the ingredients slowly, in small amounts based on your predilection.
